ABOUT SUN E MATES

Built From the Last Mile Out.

SUN E MATES was created around a simple operational truth: the final handoff is often where an otherwise efficient delivery breaks down.

OUR STORY

We Saw the Handoff Problem Up Close.

SUN E MATES grew out of years spent working inside logistics and last-mile delivery. Founder Fitzroy Bennett repeatedly saw deliveries travel hundreds of miles successfully, only to break down in the final few feet.

A location might be closed. The right employee might not be available. A driver might have nowhere secure to complete the handoff. Those recurring problems became the foundation for BoxxZen.

Instead of asking businesses and drivers to keep changing their schedules around deliveries, SUN E MATES began developing infrastructure that gives the handoff a designated place.

Today, that work is focused on BoxxZen XL for commercial deliveries, returns, and other critical exchanges.

GO TO THE PROBLEM

Genchi Genbutsu — See It Where It Happens.

There is a principle known as Genchi Genbutsu: go to the actual place, observe the actual situation, and understand the problem firsthand before trying to solve it.

That approach reflects how SUN E MATES builds. We saw the handoff problem from the driver’s side. We saw it from the business side. Instead of asking either side to keep changing their schedules around deliveries, we began developing infrastructure around what actually happens in the field.

BoxxZen was built from the last mile out.
